What we are looking for:

Liquorice are looking for a Lead Digital Designer & Art Director to be an expert in the room, able to lead and support clients and colleagues alike. If you can mentor and inspire more junior team members while providing excellent solutions to client problems, this is the right opportunity for you!

Furthermore, you will be able to:

Maintain a wealth of knowledge on current trends and innovation in digital communication, you will be able to project a strong and reasoned voice for design from the Agency.

Be well versed in all areas of digital design including website design, wire-framing, UX/UI, social content creation, display and email.

Happy to take concepts, scamps and implement for digital as well as develop your own creative ideas to exceed expectations on client briefs.

Have an eye for detail is essential coupled with a completer/finisher mindset.

If you have wider design knowledge including design for print, branding, PoS or motion graphics that would be a bonus!

Salary: a competitive salary of 35,000 – 40,000 + bonus potential depending on experience and location. We also offer additional flexible benefits.

As part of a small team, you will need to be an excellent communicator, delivering growth through effective marketing.

Personal and business qualities:

  • You would be a self-starter with a hands-on approach.
  • The ability to manage up, down and across.
  • Product Marketing experience gained in a SaaS environment.
  • B2B software experience.
  • A good grounding in product marketing, inbound marketing, content marketing and social media marketing.
  • Good knowledge of marketing analytics, automation and content creation.
  • You would be up to date with best practices in digital marketing.
  • Experience of mentoring and leading others.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and execution end to end marketing campaigns to acquire new customers globally.
  • Maintaining and growing our social media presences.
  • Managing content creation of impactful material from white papers to blogs and case studies.

Locowise is a subsidiary of Liquorice looking for an engaging person to be responsible for the day to day implementation of the social and digital marketing activity, ensuring our brand is well represented and gains a significant following with a global audience and supporting the Product Marketing manager.

Personal and business qualities:

  • A self-starter, natural curious about social and digital marketing.
  • High energy.
  • Excellent written English.
  • You have at least 2 years’ experience working in a social or digital marketing role or in an agency or client side
  • You understand how to run activity across all the main social platforms.
  • You can create great content to a brief.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing organic and paid social campaigns.
