Countrywide Spring Promotion

The Task:

Specialist farming, equestrian and agricultural suppliers Countrywide Farmers were looking to move beyond their traditional rural market into more mainstream retail.

They were keen to open stores on retail parks to expand their overall reach to consumers, but without alienating their existing, loyal rural customer base.

We were appointed to breathe new life into their creative work, making their product offering attractive to customers outside of the agricultural community, without drastically changing their original proposition.

Our Solution:

Our solution was to create a fresh approach to creative and production formats that would attract new consumers to the Countrywide Farmers brand, building on it’s USP of being a trusted, rural supplier.

The work drew on the brand’s heritage and specialist knowledge, which, supported by retail offers, helped convert new customers from other competitors, whilst still retaining the existing rural customer base.

Using efficient design and print formats, creative was developed in order to be utilised in multiple scenarios without significant design/artwork reworking to allow for a cost-effective solution across multiple channels, that meant the brand hadn’t changed drastically to the farming community.

Results and Reactions:

Countrywide Farmers successfully transitioned into mainstream retail, with a range of products and offers that drew in new customers.
