Liquorice Launch First Kia Super League Team Website For Western Storm
Women's cricket hit a new first today. Western Storm have today officially launched the brand new, dedicated website for supporters to keep up to date with all the very latest from the Kia Super League Champions, which was designed and built by Liquorice.
Following a successful rebrand in April 2018, Western Storm become the first Kia Super League franchise to launch a dedicated website, underlying the organisations commitment to the women’s game by providing the best on and off field experience possible.
The new website boasts the following features:
- Design: The website features the very best in responsive design techniques.
- Content: The website will be the digital home for all Western Storm related updates, including match previews, video highlights, reports, features, interviews and behind-the-scenes stories.
- Information: Find out about Western Storm and the Western Storm grassroots initiatives across the South West
An online shop will also be added shortly.
Somerset CCC and Gloucestershire CCC began this joint project during the winter of 2017 and enlisted Liquorice to develop the website. Liquorice have worked with Somerset CCC since 2010 in a long term digital partnership, developing web solutions for first class cricket and other commercial ventures.
Liquorice have a proven track record in the sporting industry and are responsible for building the award-winning Somerset CCC website which launched in 2017.
Regarding the new site, CEO Darren Low commented:
