We were briefed to develop a fresh, strong and credible brand for Quod, who were at the time a brand-new planning consultancy based in London. The brand identity would need to be instantly recognisable, reflect the personality of the consultancy and to present an image that would inspire confidence in clients and stakeholders.
At the centre of the brand identity that we developed for Quod was the impactful graphic ‘Q’ logo, which symbolises Quod as the additional piece to complete the circle of a team bringing together new developments.
We unified the Quod branding with a set of brand guidelines to help the consultancy to present its identity across all applications and all points of contact. The set of brand guidelines included use of the logo, fonts, pantone colours and document templates.
In addition, to maintain a consistent look across all Quod internal and external communications we also developed a distinct stationery style which applied to everything from business cards to letterhead paper.
Results and Reactions:
The Quod brand has gained widespread recognition in the market and the ‘Q’ logo is increasingly used as a graphic device, without the word Quod.
We have continued to act as guardians of the Quod brand as the consultancy has grown, offering ongoing marketing support and developing the Quod website.
