We were approached by property developers, Northold Group, to assist in the promotion of their latest project at Chattaway Place, a highly specified development of one and two bedroom luxury apartments set in the heart of Balsall Common near Coventry.
To attract genuine prospects, they were keen to use multiple channels to promote the new development, highlighting all the key features of the development and it’s location.
Balsall Common, situated in the borough of Solihull is one of the wealthier conurbations in the West Midlands. So naturally, we were keen to ensure we targeted higher income customers, who would be drawn by the potential of the location and the surrounding amenities.
We knew potential buyers would be individuals who would do their research and would be keen on information, before committing to a viewing and/or starting the sales process.
So, we built a brand new, bespoke website, along with a range of marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, press ads and door drops to introduce buyers to the development, highlighting the excellence in design and specification/build quality of the properties, as well as the excellent customer service they could expect from the developer.
Potential buyers could also easily get access to a raft of information on the website, such as which properties were available, floorplans, prices, local lifestyle amenities and attractions, as well as practical information on schools, commuter links and travel times.
We designed materials to reflect the premium proposition of the Chattaway Place development.
Results and Reactions:
All 14 properties within the development were successfully sold.
