Quod, a leading planning consultancy based in London and Leeds, required flexible marketing support that can accommodate the needs of both offices simultaneously. As an industry leader, Quod needs to produce a wide range of physical and electronic marketing materials that are of a consistently highest standard.
We act as a satellite marketing team for Quod offering simultaneous support for both the London and Leeds offices.
On a week to week basis, we manage the design of staff CVs, project sheets, bid documents, stationery and a range of other marketing materials. We also designed and manage Quod.com, ensuring that all staff, project and company information and creative is up to date.
Managing the creation of all marketing materials for Quod ensures that there is a consistency in design across both sites. Our designers act as guardians of the Quod brand which we developed when Quod was set up.
We manage a huge library of photographs and marketing materials over two locations, to which Quod staff need constant access whether they are in the office or working remotely. We developed the Quod Marketing Toolkit to allow everyone at Quod 24-hour remote access to this marketing library.

With us acting as Quod’s marketing team, both offices have access to a wealth of expertise in project and print management, graphic design, web development, copywriting without the need to hire separate in-house teams.
